As a freelancer with Collective Minds, you will primarily work on-site at our clients' locations, with the possibility of remote work in some instances. Responsibilities:

- Design and develop software solutions for a variety of projects.
- Participate in the entire development process – from specification, design, implementation, testing, and documentation to seeing your product in use in the real world.
- Collaborate with local and remote agile teams.
- Work either back-end, front-end, or across both areas, depending on preference.

Qualifications:

- Education: Relevant Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a technical field.
- Skills: Proficiency in .NET and JAVA programming, experience with testability and testing, version control, build pipelines, and deployment.
- Experience: A few years of practical experience with .NET and JAVA development. Experience in a variety of IT-related projects is a plus.
- Knowledge: Basic knowledge of front-end programming in frameworks such as React and Vue is beneficial. Familiarity with modern software architecture and databases is a plus.
