Freelance Project Manager at Collective Minds

As a freelancer with Collective Minds, you will primarily work on-site at our clients' locations, with the possibility of remote work in some instances. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with client teams to estimate costs and timelines for tasks such as project strategy, functional design, and technology requirements.
• Coordinate and book meetings, engage with key stakeholders, plan and facilitate workshops, and develop communication materials.
• Drive project-related communication with the team and stakeholders.
• Understand and manage project cost control, reporting to steering group and portfolio management.

Qualifications:

• Education: Relevant Bachelor's or Master's Degree.
• Skills: Experience with project management, IT projects, contract interpretation and negotiation, web development processes, web technologies, internal process flow, and use of project management tools such as JIRA and Microsoft Office.
• Experience: Proven track record in project management, preferably in a freelance or consulting role. Experience in a variety of IT-related projects is a plus.
• Certifications: Any project management related certifications like PMP, PMI, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, etc. are a plus but not mandatory.
